About Bright Light
We're a permanent exterior LED lighting company serving homeowners and businesses across Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford, and the Fraser Valley. Our mission is simple: transform your property with intelligent, beautiful lighting that works year-round.
Lighting Up the Fraser Valley
Bright Light was founded with one goal: to bring professional-grade permanent LED lighting to homes and businesses across the Lower Mainland. We saw homeowners spending hours every year putting up and taking down seasonal lights — and we knew there was a better way.
Our permanent lighting systems are installed once and stay in place year-round. The low-profile aluminum tracks blend seamlessly into your exterior during the day, and at night you have full control over 16 million colours and hundreds of patterns — all from your smartphone.
Whether you want to celebrate Christmas, Halloween, Canada Day, or simply add beautiful accent lighting to your home, Bright Light makes it effortless.
Commercial Lighting
We also serve commercial properties — restaurants, retail, offices, and multi-family buildings. Permanent architectural lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere, enhances your brand presence, and helps your property stand out.
Our team works with property managers and business owners to design and install lighting solutions that are both impressive and practical.

More Than Lighting Expertise
Permanent lighting is an investment in your home, and how it's installed matters. Bright Light brings more than lighting expertise to every project. Owner Blair is also a residential new home builder and renovator through Arcova Construction, bringing valuable hands-on construction knowledge to every installation.
From understanding exterior finishes and building details to achieving a clean, carefully planned installation, that construction experience brings an added level of knowledge and attention to detail when working on your home.
When Blair looks at your roofline, fascia and soffits, he sees them the way a builder does — understanding how the structure works, where to run wiring cleanly, and how to achieve a finished result that looks like it was always meant to be there.
Arcova Construction provides residential new home construction, renovations and home improvement services — and that same understanding of how homes are built informs every Bright Light installation.
